iHeartRadio Music Awards 2024 ceremony was held at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, CA, USA, on April 1, 2024 (local time). It was hosted by Ludacris.

The ceremony was attended by numerous celebrities in stunning outfits. The latter probably portrayed the celebrities' personal tastes and preferences for fashion, and/or endorsement of the brands that generated the outfits.
